摘要
文中提出以双边注入锁相耦合振荡器阵列为本振阵列,推导了耦合本振阵列稳定同步时形成均匀相位分布的控制方法。通过调节耦合本振两端注入信号的延时,改变本振阵列均匀相位分布阵元间的相位差,使得接收信号的输出功率最大,实现来波方向的估计,并通过仿真验证了可行性,为注频锁相振荡器阵列应用于接收天线提供了理论基础。
the paper presents the structure of coupled-LO arrays using bilateral injection-locking technology,and deduces the controlling means of symmetrical phase distributing between coupled-LO array units while it is synchronized.Through adjusting the delay between two injected signals the equal phase difference of coupled-LO arrays is changed,and the most power of receiving signal is achieved,and the DOA is estimated.The feasibility is validated according to the simulation results.It provides the theory base for the application of injection-locking oscillator arrays to the receiving antenna.
