摘要
介绍了深达50.3m的南广铁路西江特大桥拱座深基坑开挖石方控制爆破的概况;对该深基坑爆破的特点、技术难点及应对措施进行了综合分析。采用了带缓冲层预裂爆破技术实施深基坑开挖控制爆破,较好地实现了基坑爆破轮廓的平整,又使岩石获得良好的破碎效果,提高了基坑爆破开挖的效率。可供类似工程参考。
General situation of 50.3m deep foundation pit of arch abutment of Xijiang bridge located at Nanguang railway excavated by controlled blasting was introduced.Engineering feature,technical difficult,and adopting measure for blasting the deep foundation pit were comprehensively analyzed.The deep foundation pit was excavated by presplitting controlled blasting with buffer layer.The blasting technology realized smooth contour face for the deep foundation pit,achieved good crushing effect for rock,and improved blasting excavation efficiency of the deep foundation.The case can be referenced by similar project.
