竹材弧形原态重组材料产业化制造技术研究 被引量:10

摘要 在分析竹材弧形原态重组材料生产工艺和要求的基础上,建立了竹材弧形原态重组材料中试生产线,并进行了运行试生产。本文介绍了弹力夹紧式去内节破竹机、竹材定型弧铣机及竹材弧形原态重组材高频热压机等关键技术设备。试验表明,中试生产线运行平稳,生产的竹材弧形原态重组材料主要物理力学性能达到60E优等品结构用单板层积材、C级结构用竹木复合板和B类50型竹胶合板,可作家具及结构工程材料。 Natural Arc-bamboo Laminated Lumber(NALL) experimental line is presented for the first time based on the analysis of NALL production technology and processing requirements.The paper illustrated the key equipment of NALL including elastic clamp removing inner segment and splitting bamboo machine,shaped,milling machine of bamboo and high-frequency hot press.Then medium experimental line is given to a great deal of test run.The tests indicated that the medium experimental line operated smoothly for producing NALL,which tested key physical mechanical properties reaching the 60E structural laminated veneer lumber,C-level wood structure composite board and type B class 50 bamboo plywood,so NALL could be used as furniture material and structure building material and so on.
