摘要
以杨木为试材,以微爆破处理材和未处理材的平均干燥速率为考察指标,分析比较了不同初含水率、微爆破次数和压力对平均干燥速率的影响。结果表明,经微爆破处理的试材的平均干燥速率是未处理材的1.93~2.25倍,而且随着初含水率、微爆破次数和压力的增加,平均干燥速率也会增大;在实验条件下,试材的初含水率对平均干燥速率的影响最大,微爆破次数和压力的影响较为接近,但次数的影响大于压力。
In this paper,poplar lumbers were used as the experimental materials,and we put the average drying rate as the evaluation,which analysed micro-explosion treated and untreated wood,then we compared the effect of different initial moisture content,micro-explosion time and pressure.The results showed that the average drying rate of the test materials by micro-explosion treated was 1.93~2.25 times of the untreated materials and the average drying rate would be increased with the augment of the initial moisture content,micro-explosion time and pressure.Under the experimental conditions,the effect of initial moisture content was maximum,the impacts of micro-explosion time and pressure were similar,but the effect of micro-explosion time was greater than the pressure.
