摘要
结合程序模块化的图形化编程软件LABVIEW和功能强大的数据处理软件MATLAB的各自优势,建立了基于神经网络的故障分析诊断机制,用于处理机械故障,可以替代依靠耳听、眼看、手摸的经验来判别机器运行状态并加以检修的人工处理模式,实现故障诊断处理的智能化。
Making full use of the program modularity and graphical programming software——LABVIEW and the date processing software-MATLAB,the paper states the neural network based analysis and diagnosis mechanism for dealing with mechanical problems,which makes the analysis and diagnosis intelligent by replacing the manual processing model which judges the machine operations and maintenance based on the experience of ears,sight and touch.
