摘要
在电力市场环境下,电能质量将影响电能的价格,不同的电力用户对电能质量有不同的需求,因此需要对电能质量进行科学评估.以电力市场为出发点,阐述了电能质量评估的现状、评估体系的建立与意义等,分析了评估在电能质量建设中的重要性.
Different power consumers have different demands for power quality which have great influence on the electricity price in the power market.Evaluating the power quality is useful to decide the electric price according to the quality.Therefore it is useful to evaluate the power quality scientifically.On this basis,current situation and evaluating system of power quality is elaborated.
