摘要
自2004年7月开始攀钢4号高炉(第二代炉龄)冷却壁出现破损,由于生产需要,破损冷却壁不能及时更换,一度造成高炉生产异常波动。通过采用外部强制打水、提高冷却壁水压、调整料制、限负荷和富氧、定期检修等一系列措施后,实现了高炉连续稳定顺行和高产。
Since July 2004 No.4 blast furnace in Pansteel(second generation furnace) cooling stave appeared broken,due to production needs,not the timely replacement of damaged cooling stave,which is regarded as abnormal fluctuations in blast furnace production.Draw water through the use of external force to enhance the cooling stave pressure,adjust the feed system,limit Burden and oxygen,regular maintenance and a series of measures to achieve continuous and stable blast furnace anterograde and high yield.
