摘要
济钢热连轧厂采用大型常规步进式加热炉,在生产中通过优化加热工艺,合理的炉型改造,提高加热炉保温性能以及采用汽化冷却技术等,使得煤气消耗平均降至1.0 GJ/t左右,最好水平达到0.955 GJ/t。
The strip workshop of the rolling steel plant of JiNan iron and steel group uses walking beam continuous furnace.In production by optimizing the heating process,the furnace and reasonable reform to improve furnace thermal performance and the use of evaporative cooling technology,so the average gas consumption dropped 1.0 GJ / t about the best level to 0.955 GJ / t.
