镁合金脱漆剂的研制

Research and Manufacture of Stripper for Magnesium Alloy

以N-甲基吡咯烷酮、乳酸乙酯、苯甲醇混合溶剂作为主溶剂,氨基磺酸与有机羧酸醇铵盐类缓蚀剂复配作缓蚀促进剂,研制了一种低毒、低挥发性镁合金专用脱漆剂。试验结果表明:该脱漆剂与亚甲基氯化物型脱漆剂的脱漆效率相当,在安全性方面则优于亚甲基氯化物型脱漆剂。

A special stripper of low toxicity and volatility for magnesium alloy was researched and manufactured,taking NMP,ethyl lactate and benzyl alcohol mixed solvents as main solvent,using the composition of aminosulfonic acid and organic carboxylic acid alcohol ammonium salts corrosion inhibitor as corrosion-inhibiting accelerator.The test results showed that the stripping efficiency of the stripper was equivalent to that of methylene chloride type stripper,and it was better than the latter in safety.
