摘要
I2L电路的特点是可以方便地进行电流加减,从而实现多值逻辑运算。将门级逻辑和开关级逻辑的特点结合起来,对混合级I2L三值逻辑的设计进行了探讨。
Based on the fact that the current in I 2L circuits is easy to be added or subtracted,a mixed level I 2L three valued logic circuit is discussed,along with features of gate level and switch level design Proposals are put forward to simplify the circuit,and examples are given
