高效液相色谱法测定天蛾补肾口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of Icariin in Tian’e bushen oral liquid by HPLC

目的建立高效液相法测定天蛾补肾口服液中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法高效液相色谱法。采用HypersilBDSC18色谱柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(35∶65)为流动相,检测波长为270nm,流速1.0ml/min,柱温25℃。结果淫羊藿苷在0.2010μg-1.0048μg范围内,呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Y=804362X+14460(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=1.03%。结论本法操作简便,准确,重现性好,可用于天蛾补肾口服液的质量控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the contents of Icariin in Tian’e bushen oral liquid. Methods Hypersil BDS column was used with acetonitrile-phosphoric acid（35∶65） as the mobile phase,at the detective wavelength of 270 nm and column temperature of 25 ℃. Results There was a good linear relationship for Icariin in the range of 0.201 0-1.004 8 μg,Y=804 362X＋144 60（r=0.999 9） .The average recovery was 99.8%,and RSD was 1.03%. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,and can be used to control the quality of Tian’e bushen oral liquid.
