摘要
目的了解微型种植体支抗推磨牙向远中矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类病例的治疗效果。方法采用颊后牙槽骨区种植体支抗配合镍钛推簧,对12例安氏Ⅱ类1分类轻中度牙列拥挤患儿进行推上颌第一磨牙向远中移动。并通过治疗前后X线头影Ptm-6和SN-6测量结果变化,评价磨牙向远中移动的疗效。结果 12例患者治疗4-6个月后,与矫治前相比,Ptm-6值显著下降(P<0.01),SN-6值明显升高(P<0.01),上颌磨牙平均向远中移动(4.38±0.21)mm。结论应用微型种植体支抗技术推磨牙向远中,获得了强支抗,非拔牙矫治Ⅱ类1分类轻中度牙列拥挤的病例具有显著的临床效果。
Objective To further investigate the therapeutic effect of distalization of upper molars for Angle Class Ⅱ malocclusion with micro-implant as an orthodontic anchorage. Methods Using micro-implants embedded in buccal alveolar bone cooperated with Ni-Ti coil spring,maxillary molar teeth were distalized in 12 cases of Angle class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion.Cephalometric measurements of Ptm-6 and SN-6 were used to evaluate the clinical outcomes before and after the treatment. Results The upper molars were distalized on average(4.38+0.21) mm after 4-6 months.After orthodontic,Ptm-6 value decreased significantly(P<0.01) ,while SN-6 value increased significantly(P<0.01) . Conclusion The micro-implant as a strong anchorage has a better clinical effect for Angle Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion in patients with mild-to-moderate crowded dentition.
