摘要
以钛酸正丁酯(TNB)为原料,在5.5 g的Tween-80、45.5 mL的环己烷、8.6 mL的正丁醇、2.5 mL的水的微乳体系中制备了粒径小、分散均匀的纳米TiO2微粒,用SEM、XRD对产物进行结构表征.实验结果表明:焙烧温度达到500℃时,二氧化钛出现锐钛矿晶型;随着焙烧温度的升高,晶型向金红石型转变,平均粒径从500℃的8.37 nm增加到700℃的26.86 nm.
By using titanium butoxide as reagent,Monodispersed TiO2 nanoparticle with small size was more excellently prepared in water(2.5 mL) cylcohexane(45.5 mL) butanol(8.6 mL) Tween-80(5.5 g) microemulsion.The size and structure were analyzed by SEM and XRD.The results showed that Rhodamine B appeareds when the calcination temperature was 500 ℃.With the increase of temperature crystal form changed into photocatalytic oxidation from 8.37 nm(500 ℃) to 26.86 nm(700 ℃).
