Study on the Synthesis of 2-Mercapto-5-methoxyimidazo[4,5-b]pyridine

以2,6-二氯吡啶为原料,经过硝化、氨解、甲氧基取代、还原和环化5步反应制得泰妥拉唑重要中间体2-巯基-5-甲氧基咪唑并[4,5-b]吡啶,总收率达40.2%.通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对部分中间体及最终产品的结构进行表征,证明结果正确.

In this paper,2-mercapto-5-methoxyimidazo[4,5-b]pyridine was synthesized from 2,6-Dichloropyridine by substitution,nitration,ammoniation,oxidation,reduction and cyclization,and the total yield was 40.2 %.The structures of the intermediates and the target product were primarily identified by IR and 1H-NMR.
