具有16 万门规模的并行阵列处理芯片BAP-128(Bit-serial Array Processor w ith 128Process Elem ents)芯片在法国一次性流片成功.本文介绍该芯片的主要结构与参数指标。
BAP\|128 (Bit\|serial Array Processor with 128 processing elements on one chip) is an ASIC circuit designed for real\|time image processing. It has been fabricated with 0\^8μm CMOS process in ES2, France. In this paper, we introduce its logic architecture, main performance, and its application in developing a real\|time image processing system.
