中外竞技健美操难度动作编排对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Difficulty of Movementin the Foreign Competitive Aerobic Dancing

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、统计观察法和对比分析法,在FIG(国际体操联合会)第五次重新修订并颁发的2009—2012年竞技健美操竞赛规则的基础上,对第8届世界运动会健美操比赛混双项目前六名运动员的分布、组别、分值、空间转换等进行统计和分析,找出我国竞技健美操混双项目的优势和不足,从而缩小我国与世界强队之间的差距,得以进一步提高。结果指出:我国混双项目在难度动作的分布上比较合理,但是选择C组难度动作的数量过多,应增加D组高分值难度;0.6以上分值难度的完成与冠军队相差较大,空间转换倾向于A类和C类,在场地编排方面缺少移动的均衡性。

Based on the literature material law,expert interview,statistical observation and comparison analysis in FIG（international gymnastics federation） the first five times and revision of the 2009-2012 aerobics competition rules,on the basis of the 8th world sports aerobics game six teams mixed before the project of complete difficulty score,distribution,the group,the space as the statistics and analysis of aerobics in mixed,find out the advantages and disadvantages of projects in China and the world,thus narrowing the gap between the teams,and further to improve.Results： in the project in difficulty mixed distribution on reasonable choice,but the difficulty in group C,should be increased overmuch quantity of high difficulty score group D,0.6 and difficulty score more space is large,the winner and tend to A class C,in the field of mobile in lack.
