伴与不伴癫的成人偏头痛脑电α波和脑血流分析

ANALYSIS ON CEREBRAL BLOOD FLOW AND α WAVE OF EEG IN ADULT MIGRAINE WITH AND WITHOUT EPILEPSY

目的:探讨成人偏头痛伴癫患者和偏头痛患者的脑电图(EEG)α波与经颅多普勒超声(TCD)的特点及其相关性。方法:对39例成人伴癫的偏头痛患者和32例成人偏头痛患者进行脑电图和TCD检测。结果:伴癫偏头痛的TCD显示所检血管的平均血流速度均明显较偏头痛患者快(P<0.01);EEGα波波幅明显较偏头痛患者高(P<0.01);偏头痛伴癫患者的TCD平均血流速度与EEGα波波幅呈正相关关系。结论:TCD血流速度和EEGα波共同检测对了解单纯的偏头痛,偏头痛和癫共患患者的临床特征有一定的临床参考价值,为诊断和治疗提供依据。

Objective ：To analyse character/and correlation of transcranial Doppler and α wave of EEG of adult migraine with and without epilepsy.Methods：TCD and EEG were detected in 39 adult patients with migraine and epilepsy and 32 adult patients with migraine.Results：The patients with migraine and epilepsy showed that mean flow velocity of the blood vessels were faster than the patients with migraine in TCD（P〈0.01）.The patients with migraine and epilepsy showed that α wave amplitude higher significantly than the patients with migraine in EEG（P〈0.01）.The mean flow velocity of TCD was positively correlated with α wave amplitude of EEG in epilepsy patients with migraine and epilepsy.Conclusion：Combined flow velocity of TCD and α wave of EEG detections have clinical value in understanding features of migraine with and without epilepsy.It is useful in the diagnosis and treatment.
