摘要
2010年江西省又面临着全省性大洪水,历经抗洪抢险及防汛督察、后续救灾工作,就江西省堤防现状和堤防管理存在的问题,提出今后需加强堤防建设、管理工作的建议.
The big flood all over the province is faced in Jiangxi province in 2010.The author experienced the fighting flood,the supervision of flood control and the succeeding disaster relief work.Aimed at the present situation of the dykes in Jiangxi province and the existing problems of dyke management,how to improve the construction and management of the dykes is proposed in this paper.
