2006-2009年大理白族自治州健康相关产品微生物检测结果分析

Analysis on Microbiological Detection Results of Health-Related Products in Dali Bai Nationality Autonomous Prefecture from 2006 to 2009

目的了解大理州健康相关产品微生物污染状况。方法对大理州2006-2009年食品(含保健食品)、化妆品、瓶(桶)装饮用水微生物检测结果进行分析。结果 2006-2009年共检测健康相关产品1770份,合格样品共1549份,合格率为87.5%。其中食品样品1301份,合格率88.3%;化妆品样品197份,合格率97.5%;饮用水272份,合格率76.5%。不同种类产品合格率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论大理州3类健康相关产品卫生质量参差不齐,监督部门应加强其饮用水和食品的卫生管理。

Objective To understand the microbial pollution of health-related products in Dali.Method Analysis on microbiological detection results of food（including health food）,cosmetics,and bottles（barrels）drinking-water during 2006 to 2009 in Dali.Results 1 770 health-related products were detected from 2006 to 2009,the qualified samples were 1 549,and qualified rate was 87.5%.1 301 was food sample,and qualified rate was 88.3%;Cosmetics samples were 197,and qualified rate was 97.5%;Tap water was 272,and qualified rate was 76.5%.The eligible rate in different types of products had statistical significance（P0.01）.Conclusions The hygienic quality of three types of health-related products in Dali is different,and the supervision departments should strengthen the sanitation management of drinking water and food.
