摘要
目的建立一种更快速的测定啤酒中甲醛的方法,并且对试剂的配制方进行改进。方法用意大利进口的凯氏定氮装置进行蒸馏代替国标中的蒸馏方法,用改进的试剂进行试验。结果改进方法的标准曲线回归方程Y=0.0043X+0.0004,r=0.9994,回收率为93.6%~100.5%,精密度RSD为1.6%。结论改进的方法速度快且方便,结果准确。
Objective To establish a more rapid method to detect the formaldehyde in beer,and improved the formula of reagents.Method Kjeldahl distillation device which from Italy in place of the national standard distillation method,and using modified reagents to carry out test.Results Regression equation of standard curve of improved method was Y = 0.0 043X +0.0 004,r = 0.9 994,recovery was 93.6%~100.5%,precision RSD was 1.6%.Conclusions The improved method was faster and convenient and the result was accurate.
