摘要
"十二五"期间,随着经济结构调整和可持续发展要求,物流企业面临着发展的大好时机。通过分析当前物流业的现状,提出通过资产重组、联合并购、技术输入、跨区域合作等多种手段,是物流企业的发展战略。介绍了系统工程层次分析法(AHP方法),及其在物流企业发展规划中的应用,对物流企业战略规划的评价模型的要素和指标进行科学分析和确定,才能保证评价的系统性和科学性。
During the 12th Five-year Plan,with economic restructuring and sustainable development requirements,logistics enterprises are facing a good development opportunity.By analyzing current status of the logistics industry,this paper proposed that the reorganization of assets,joint acquisitions,technical input,inter-regional cooperation and other means should be the development strategy of logistics business.The system engineering of AHP(AHP method) was introduced to business development planning in logistics applications.Only the elements and indicators of evaluation model for logistics strategic planning are identified and analyzed objectively, it can ensure systematic and scientific evaluation.
