摘要 目前人们对心理契约概念尚无统一界定。在此研究背景下,探讨心理契约的构成条件其实就是寻求一个相对统一的标准,帮助人们判定组织与个体间存在的心理契约。文章大胆借鉴了法律契约成立条件的研究成果,提出了心理契约的达成必须以心理契约的当事人——个体与组织之间达成特殊合意、个体与组织具有理性、个体与组织追求互惠互利为条件。 Currently,no consensus has been reached on the definition of the psychological contract.Under this research background,exploring the constitutive requirements of the psychological contract is to seek a relatively unified standard and help people determine the psychological contract between the individual and organization.In this paper,drawn on the research results on the prerequisite of legal contract,the writer argues that the essential constituents of psychological contract must reach a reasonable agreement and achieve mutual benefits between the individual and organization.
