摘要
在中国文化与中国文学史上,陶渊明向以高洁的人格、冲澹的诗风受到普遍推崇。但在日本汉学家冈村繁所著《陶渊明新论》一书里,陶之一生,无论出仕还是隐逸,均属率意任性的极端个人主义,明显缺乏社会协调性。对此论陶新说,国内学者多不以为然,指出其背后隐藏着的现代性叙事逻辑及日本现代公司伦理,有违古代陶渊明之真实。文章认为,重要的不是在孰是孰非之间遽下判断,而是在现代陶渊明研究中,引入现代性"自反"意识,检审所有立论特别是自身立论的前提,同时将对"真实"的理解由对古代事实的绝对还原的"真"向研究者共同体内相互切磋、形成共识的"真"转变。惟其如此,才能拓展陶渊明研究的新的可能性。
In the history of Chinese culture and literature,Tao Yuanming was universally respected for his virtuous personality and quietly elegant poetic style.But in New Perspectives on Tao Yuanming by Japanese Sinologist Okamura Han,Tao's life is described as extremely individualistic and randomly free with an obviously lack of social coordination,no matter in his official career or in seclusion.However,Chinese scholars do not take share this new view,pointing out that this view is embedded in hidden modern narrative logics and modern Japanese corporate ethics which conflicts with the truth of ancient Tao Yuanming.It is argued in this paper that it is not important to judge who is right or wrong.Instead,it is essential that modern reflexive awareness be introduced into the modern Tao study and all the theories in general and the premise of the augmentation itself in particular should be critically reviewed.Meanwhile,the understanding of the "truth" should be transferred from tracking the truth of ancient facts to the truth that is commonly acknowledged after discussions among researchers.Only by doing so can the Tao study be further expanded.
