食品制冷机组压缩机隔振元件的LMS试验模态分析 被引量:2

摘要 以食品制冷机组压缩机隔振元件为研究对象,采用LMS Test.Lab软件对其进行了试验模态分析,通过LSCE算法和PolyMAX算法的对比,最终得到其前四阶固有频率、对应的阻尼比及固有振型,并对试验结果进行了分析讨论.研究结果对食品制冷机组压缩机的隔振设计具有重要的参考意义,为大型食品制冷设备的减振降噪研究提供了重要的试验依据. The experimental modal analysis was conducted on the vibration and isolation component of compressor in food refrigerating unit using LMS Test.Lab software.The natural frequency,natural mode of vibration and damping ratio of the first four orders were obtained by comparing LSCE with PolyMAX algorithm.The research results are important for the vibration and isolation design of compressors in food refrigerating unit,and also provide the significant basis for the research on vibration and noise reduction in large-scale food refrigerating unit.
