摘要
给出多焊点焊接件、钳类结构及受有分布载荷作用平板三种焊接结构件的有限元分析模型,利用 S O L V I A 软件在 Prim e 计算机上进行相应应力的计算分析,提出改进方案。计算结果表明所采用的有限元分析模型是合理的,并指出开有槽和孔的受压平板具有比原始结构更好的性能。
In this paper,the finite element models for three welding structures_the welding bond with multi weld point;structures of tong sort and the plane under pressure load_are presented.By means of SOLVIA program on the Prime computer,the corresponding stresses are calculated and analyzed,and the improved scheme is presented.The calculated results show that the finite element models are rational and the plane with groove and holes has a better performance than the original structure.
