摘要
随着企业战略经营绩效管理重心的变迁,着重探讨了知识/服务经济时代的战略经营绩效的评价方法及其指标体系,提出了相应的实施评价的步骤,最后,构建了基于平衡积分卡的企业战略经营绩效评价模型。
Based upon the changing tendency of center of enterprise strategic performance,the paper focuses on the evaluation method and index system of strategic performance in the knowledge service economy age.Then the step of carrying on evaluation is introduced.Finally,the paper builds the evaluation model of enterprise strategic performance based on the balanced scorecard.
