应用ＷＩＮ３２ 通信函数，在ＰｏｗｅｒＢｕｉｌｄｅｒ 自身所带的ＷＡＴＣＯＭ Ｃ＋ ＋ ＩＤＥ，即Ｃ＋ ＋ 语言开发环境集成编译器中，编程实现ＰＢ
This paper discusses how to realize serial communication under the PowerBuilder environment.Some WIN32 communication functions are used and the programming is realized under PowerBuilder's WATCOM C++IDE,which is the integrated compiler of the C++ development environment.
