摘要
支撑规整填料,是填料塔内栅板的基本作用。栅板的形状结构以及大小尺寸,会对流经填料塔内栅板的气相流体的流动状态产生影响。利用流体动力学分析软件证明处于湍流状态的气相流体进入栅板后,它的流动状态会发生一定程度的变化。同时,分析发现栅板的栅孔处存在涡流和比较明显的速度边界层。
To support the structured packing is the fundamental contribution of the grid plate in packed tower.However,both the structure and the size of the grid plate would affect the state of the flow of gas phase that passes the grid plate in packed tower.Using the flow dynamics analysis software,we prove that the gas' state changed specified degrees,which is a kind of turbulent state when the gas phase enters the grid plate.Meanwhile,we find that there are rotational flows and obvious boundary layers of velocity by analysing the flow in the room of the grid plate.
