摘要
畜产品质量安全问题事关人民群众身体健康和生命安全,如何实现畜产品从养殖到餐桌的全程质量监控已成为当前畜牧兽医工作者面临的重大课题。就畜产品养殖环节、生产过程质量监控及畜产品质量溯源体系等方面的相应对策作一综述。
The quality and safety of animal products threat heath and life of consumers.As a result,how to retrospect quality of animal products during the whole process from breeding to dining table has become a major issue which is faced by current animal husbandry and veterinary workers.This paper proposes some countermeasures aiming at livestock breeding,quality control in production process and construction of retrospecting system.
