摘要
如何促进高职教学教与学转化是高职教学研究的核心,探讨高职教学转化有利于实现高职有效教学。在建构主义教学论视野下,促进高职教学教与学转化应从学生的学习兴趣入手,以激发学生成就动机为前提;以学习情境创设为载体,激发学生学习兴趣和成就动机;以行动导向教学方法为途径,让学生在实践中获得成果产生成就感。
How to promote the transformation from teaching to learning is the key of higher vocational teaching.The author believes that according to the constructivist teaching theory,teaching and learning should start with stimulating students' interest.With sparkling the achievement motivation as a premise,we create study situations to stimulate students' interest and achievement motivation and use action-oriented teaching methods as means for students to achieve accomplishment sense in practice.The research is conducive to achieving effective teaching in higher vocational education
