In the times of knowledge economy,it emphasizes the intellectual innovation,which attentions to the college students＇ innovative thinking through training to improve the integral quality of the national.In higher school,the final purpose of quality education is to continuously improve the complex quality of the college students＇ moral,intellectual,physical,and aesthetic,labor skills and other else,so the development of their personality and potential will be comprehensive、adequate and harmonious.Thus they will grow up to enterprising type of talents with pioneering spirit and practical ability for society.The creative thinking has close relation with the college students＇ quality education,the former is the core of the intellectual innovation in the quality education of university students,and the latter is the necessary requirement of that higher education pursues the creative thinking.
