摘要
该文利用水和薄膜的不同反射率,对测量透明薄膜水中悬浮的位置姿态进行研究。采用单色激光器配合对应波长的滤光片进行采集图像。采集到图像后,使用V isual C++开发的图像处理程序,对图像进行进一步的处理。图像处理的主要步骤分别为:阈值分割;黑白二值转化;提取轮廓并用坐标形式表现。
In this paper,different reflectivity between water and the film is used to detect and measure the location of transparent film which is suspended in water.The way to obtain images is using monochrome laser device combined with optical filter in same wavelength.After obtaining images,the image processing software which is developed by Visual C++ is used to do the next image processing procedure.The main steps of image processing are showed as below: threshold segmentation;binary conversion;external profile extraction and in coordinate expression.
