摘要
文章就原子荧光法测定水质汞的线性回归系数达不到0.999进行了方法实验,从中选定了最佳测试条件,使线性回归系数达到0.999以上,并就测定技术上的差异与检测结果之间的关系进行了分析,指出水质汞的原子荧光法必须注意的技术问题,只有深刻理解和掌握检测方法才能得出准确、可靠的检测结果。
In traditional experiment,the linear regression coefficient of determination result of total mercury in water by AFS method is less than 0.999.The best detection parameters are chosen to make the linear regression coefficient above 0.999.The relationship between differences of various detection means and their test results is analyzed.Some technical problems that should be cared about are pointed out.Only we deeply understand and know well about these methods can we gain accurate and reliable results.
