疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗肝硬化腹水并发腹壁疝患者的应用体会

Application experience of mesh plug tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of patients with ascites due to cirrhosis complicated by abdominal wall hernias

目的探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在肝硬化腹水并发腹壁疝患者中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析1999-02～2008-12采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗肝硬化腹水并发腹壁疝患者25例的临床资料。结果手术全部成功,出现并发症6例,均痊愈出院。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术是治疗肝硬化腹水并发腹壁疝患者的理想术式,具有手术安全、创伤小、恢复快、近期疗效满意和复发率低等优点。

Objective To explore the clinical value of mesh plug hernia tension-free repair in the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis complicated by abdominal wall hernia. Methods The clinical data of 25 patients who suffered from ascites due to cirrhosis complicated by abdominal wall hernias and treated by mesh plug tension-free hernia repair from February 1999 to December 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The operations were successfully completed in all patients. The complications were found in 6 patients who were cured by appropriate treatment. All patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion Mesh plug tension-free hemia repair is an ideal type of surgery in the treatment of patients with ascites due to cirrhosis complicated by abdominal wall hernia. It has many advantages, such as security,less trauma, quicker recovery, satisfactory curative effect, lower relapse rate etc.
