铜离子与牛血清白蛋白相互作用的研究

摘要 运用荧光光谱法研究了铜离子(Cu2+)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的作用机制.实验表明:Cu2+对BSA具有荧光猝灭作用,其猝灭方式为静态猝灭,并求出了猝灭常数、结合常数及结合位点数. The interaction between copper ion(Cu2+) and bovine serum albumin(BSA) was studied by fluorescence spectrum.The research results indicated that the fluorescence of BSA was quenched by Cu2+.And the combination of them was a static quenching process.The quenching data were analyzed according to Stern-Volmer equation,and the quenching constant,binding constant and binding sites were obtained.
