“成果—过程结合法”提高英语写作水平的可行性——基于专科学生的实验

摘要 在大学英语写作教学中,传统的"成果教学法"饱受诟病,而"过程教学法"则受到普遍青睐。根据专科生英语基础比较薄弱的特点,借鉴前人的实证研究,通过实验证明,将两种方法结合起来比单纯的"过程法"更有利于提高他们的写作水平。实验时间为一学期,实验班和控制班分别用"结合法"和"过程法"指导写作。实验工具包括实验前测、后测、四级考试、问卷调查和访谈,对学生的写作评估采用四级考试评分标准,所有数据用SPSS 13.0进行分析。实验结果证明了"结合法"的可行性。 In the teaching of college English writing, traditional product approach suffers criticism, while process approach is generally favored. According to college students' poor level in basic English, based on previous empirical studies, it proves by experiments that it is better to improve their writing skill by the integrating the two approaches than by mere process approach. One term is set as the experimental time, and integrated approach and process approach have been relatively used in experimental classes and control classes to guide writing. Experimental instruments include pre-tests, post-tests, CET-4, ques-tionnaires and interviews. Standards of grading in CET-4 are used to evaluate students' writing, and all the data collected are processed by SPSS 13.0. The experimental results prove the feasibility of the integrated approach.
