With the development of Xinjiang.The employment＇s and legal research of Xinjiang agricultural population become more and more important.In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the rural labor force,promote the rule of the law process in Xinjiang.We analyze the reason why this problem existed and we will do our best to explore the legal ways to solve this problem.
