摘要
西北农林科技大学3号教学楼建于1934年,钢筋混凝土框架结构,主体部分地上3层,局部塔楼7层。该建筑被列为陕西省文物保护单位。经过70多年的服役,材料的老化和结构的损伤导致承载能力下降、耐久性降低、抗震能力不足,加之汶川地震影响,部分填充墙出现裂缝。校方委托专业检测单位对该建筑进行了检测和评估,并委托设计单位依据评估报告及相应规范对结构进行加固设计。
No.3 teaching building of Northwest AF University was built in 1934.It is reinforced concrete structure,and the main body is three floors over ground,the partial tower is seven floors.It is confirmed to cultural relic protecting unit of Shaanxi.After severing for seventy years,the aging of material and damaging of structure lead to the reducing of carrying capacity、the declining of wear and the scarcity of aseismatic capacity,together with the influence of Wenchuan earthquake,cracks appear in partial filling wall.The professional detecting unit is commissioned to detect and evaluate the building,and the designing unit to reinforcing design the structure according as the evaluating report and the interrelated criterion by the school unit.
