摘要
在自动化控制系统中,运动控制卡与可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)都是常用的控制设备。在自制的超声波金属压焊机中,根据压焊机引线框架传输结构的特点,提出了在传输系统设计中将PLC与运动控制卡结合应用,以实现快速、准确、可靠的引线框架传输。实际应用表明,二者的结合应用,既可实现引线框架的准确传输,又可显著减轻工控机的系统负担,同时也节约了整机的研发成本。
Motion control card and programmable logic controller are widely used in automatic control system.According to the features of the lead frame transfer mechanism in a self-developed ultrasonic metal welding machine,motion control card and PLC were combined used to make the lead frame transferred reliably and precisely.The practical application shows that the method of combining motion card with PLC can either transfer the lead frames correctly as required or lighten the burden on industrial computer,and saves the cost.
