摘要
以电子设备中的PCB组件为研究对象,综合运用有限元分析方法(FEA)和实验模态分析方法(EMA)对其动态特性进行了分析。实验模态分析的结果与有限元模态分析结果具有很好的一致性,有限元模型得到了验证。在此基础上,分别对电连接器和芯片对PCB组件的动态特性的影响进行了研究。
In this paper the dynamic characteristics of a PCB component,which was commonly used in electronic equipment,was investigated by the way of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Experiment Modal Analysis (EMA).Also the FEA and EMA results were compared with each other.And the FEA results were correlated well with the EMA results and the FE model was validated.After that,how the PCB's dynamic characteristics were influenced by the electrical connector and the chips was investigated respectively.
