作为高职教育改革和发展关键点的校企合作,长期以来普遍存在着"剃头挑子一头热"即学校热、企业冷的问题。要让"另一头"即企业也"热"起来,需要建立互利共赢的校企合作机制,保证企业在合作中的利益,真正使校企实现双赢、共赢。
