大学生日益增长的德育需求与高校思政教育中政治性同德性教育不均衡发展之间的矛盾是当前思政教育的主要矛盾。这是当前高校思想政治教育处于困境的重要原因,思政教育中政治性多于德性,即政治功能强于德育功能,政治性与德性教育处于不均衡发展中。这种不均衡发展的根源来自于整个社会激烈而深刻的转型。落实科学发展观、贯彻以人为本原则,加强思想政治教育政治性与德性的均衡发展是解决矛盾、改变当前困境的重要途径。

The unbalanced development between the morality and the political of the current ideological and political education is the main contradicts.This also is main difficulties of the college political education.In the current ideological and political education,the political nature is to be more than the morality nature.The unbalanced condition comes from the entire society intense and profound reforming.Implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development and the humanist principle is the important way to resolves the current contradiction.
