气烧矩形石灰竖窑大修优化设计

摘要 天铁集团石灰石矿1#、2#气烧矩形竖窑由于长时间高效运行,脱落严重,进行了大修优化改进。优化改造中取消了排气十字架,对预热器和燃烧系统进行优化,改进了除尘工艺。优化改造后,产品质量提高了0.5%,竖窑利用系数提高了0.2t/m.3d,除尘滤袋使用寿命由12个月提高到18个月,能耗降低,达到了预期效果。 Having been running in high efficiency at long term,the gas-fired rectangular lime kilns 1 and 2,TIANTIE,suffered from serious drop-out and were improved by an overhaul.During modification,the cross stand for gas discharging was cancelled;the preheater and combustion system were optimized;the dedusting process was improved.After modification,the product quality was increased by 0.5%;the kiln utilization coefficient 0.2 t/m3,while the service life of filter bag changed from 12 months to 18,with reduced energy consumption.The anticipated effect was achieved.
