摘要
天铁集团原炼铁老区4座高炉由于冶炼工艺和设备不断改进及保证安全生产的必要条件,需使用新区2 800 m3高炉电动鼓风机向老区4座高炉供风。通过科学分析与计算,设计出新老区高炉联合供风控制系统。采用先进的PLC控制,实现了定风压、风量,提高了供风品质和可靠性。
With the improvement of melting process and equipment modification,the four blast furnaces in old area of TIANTIE needed to be supplied with blast by the electric blowers of 2 800 m3 BF in new area in order to ensure its safe production.A combined old and new area blast supply control system was designed by scientific analysis and calculation.Advanced PLC control system was adopted to achieve stable blast pressure and flow rate,hence,improving the air quality and reliability.
