7#汽轮鼓风机振动故障分析与处理措施

摘要 天铁集团动力厂7#汽轮鼓风机发生喘振、掉叶片严重的设备事故。通过对事故进行全面分析,经两次查找,最终确定了联轴器中心不正、缸体变形、密封间隙不均匀。造成气流流动复杂,产生气流激振力,诱发转子失稳等主要原因。制定了有效的处理措施,使7#汽轮鼓风机恢复正常运行,满足了高炉供风需求。 Serious equipment accident of surge and vane falling-off happened at turbine blower 7,Power Plant,TIANTIE Group.The accident was analyzed in all aspects and two investigations were made.The main reasons finally determined were that the exciting force which was generated by complicated steam flow caused unsteady stator running due to coupling non-alignment,turbine deformation and uneven sealing gap.With effective handling measures formulated,turbine blower 7 returned to normal operation and met the requirement by BF blast supply.
