摘要
针对6 000 m3/h空分设备冷箱跑冷严重导致主冷不能正常积液的实际运行状况,分析了空分设备的生产运行模式,对空分设备进行了改造。介绍了分馏塔与氩系统连接工艺管线实施切除改造的过程。改造后设备运行稳定,降低了泄漏和冷量损失,提高了产品氧气纯度,降低了能耗。
Modification had to be carried out on 6 000m3/h air separation system because its cold box leakage caused the main cold heat changer not to accumulate a normal fluid level.The paper analyzes the production running mode of the air separation system and describes the cutting modification on the connection pipeline between fractional column and argon system.After modification,the equipment runs stably with reduced leakage and cold energy loss,increased oxygen purity and lowered energy consumption.
