摘要
研究了光气化法合成1,6-已二异氰酸酯(HDI)过程中HDI和HCl反应问题,重点考察了HDI溶液浓度、HCl气体用量、反应温度等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,HCl气体在HDI制备过程中有重要影响,在反应过程中HDI容易与HCl生成"类盐酸盐"、单氯异氰酸酯(Cl-HI)等副产物。
The reaction of HDI with HCl in HDI preparation process by phosgenation was invesitigated.The influences of HDI concentration,quantity of HCl and temperature were researched.The results showed that HCl had important influence on the HDI preparation process.The by-products of single-chloro-isocyanate（Cl-HI） and ＂analogous hydrochloride＂ substance were formed by the reaction of HDI with HCl.
