凝结水精处理系统设备与树脂泄漏检查

Equipment of Condensate Polishing System and Leakage Analysis on Ion Exchange Resin

火力发电机组的凝结水精处理系统中常出现树脂泄漏现象,使水汽的品质恶化,造成凝结水中杂质在水冷壁等设备上沉积,引起设备管路的腐蚀,影响发电设备的正常运行。现根据不同凝结水精处理系统设备的特点和树脂泄漏的特征,分析了树脂泄漏的原因和防范措施,对防止类似事件的发生和保证机组安全运行具有重要意义。

Recently,resin leakage often occurs in condensate polishing system of fossil power unit,which has deteriorated the water vapour,corroded the pipeline and affected the operation of the equipment.The reasons of resin leakage have been analyzed and countermeasures have been put forward in this paper based on the characteristics of ion exchange resin leakage and the features of the equipment in different condensate polishing systems,which is very important to prevent the system from resin leaking.
