摘要
轴流式风机在运行过程中,由于对技术性能的要求不同,需要经常调节性能参数。如未进行适时调节,容易导致风机发生喘振现象。为了防止轴流式送风机在运行过程中发生喘振,应使送风机的工作点尽量远离喘振区域。风机喘振常发生在管道阻力较大时,喘振现象对风机设备的运行影响较大,并对喘振发生的原因进行了分析,对防止喘振的产生提出了应对措施。
The performance parameters shall frequently be regulated during the operation of the axial flow fan because of different requirements for its technical performance.Surge will easily occur against the flow fan if no regulation is made.The working place of the flow fan shall try to be far away from surge area so as to prevent the axial flow fan from surging during the operation.The surge of flow fan often occurs when the drag in tube is bigger which seriously affects the operation of flow fan.The reason of surging has been analyzed and the countermeasures against surging have been put forward in this paper.
