大型发电厂封闭母线绝缘低解决办法

Solution to Solve the Problem of Weak Insulation of the Non-segregated-phased Bus-line in a Large Power Plant

因所处地区的气候湿度大,盐腐蚀的现象较严重,使封闭母线绝缘值降低明显,已对电厂的安全运行构成明显影响。对如何解决目前大型发电厂封母绝缘低问题提出了对策,从技术分析、经济比较等方面,对DMC绝缘子和传统瓷绝缘子特性进行了阐述,并以某电厂的600 MW机组为例,说明了更换DMC绝缘子后的实际使用情况。

Solutions for increasing the insulation level of non-segregated-phased bus-line have been put forward in the paper,DMC isolators with the traditional isolators have also been compared on technical and economic points,and example of the replacement of DMC isolators in one 600MW power plant has been illustrated.
